CAMPUSQ UW Queer Discussion and Information. Open to ALL members of the University community. CampusQ is an e-mail subscription list for distributing information important to the UW queer community and allies. Students, staff, faculty, and alums are invited to join and participate on this list. CampusQ ... Use It! MISSION STATEMENT: CampusQ is a virtual environment designed to promote communication about Queer (lesbian/gay/bisexual/transgender) issues on the U.W. campus. It is a place to explore ideas, to share information, to pool resources, and to facilitate activism. We recognize that there are numerous queer groups on campus, and we strive to make CampusQ a place which unites them all. We intend to work on issues both proactive (building community and initiating programs) and reactive (responding to events as they arise). We also specifically acknowledge women and individuals of racial and ethnic minorities sharing a situational kinship with, or having intersecting identification with or perspectives on, queer issues. We expect that Campus Queers will be able to advance our causes by engaging in productive dialogue, by coordinating the efforts of particular groups, and by drawing on the resources of the community. Subscribing to CampusQ

This is a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. UW community: If you have a computer account at the University of Washington, and you intend to subscribe to this list, change something about the subscription you already have, or access private list archives, please log in first. Once you have logged in, this page will automatically fill in your email address.
