[Dhsvm-users] DHSVM Springbrook Question

Good evening,

As using the DHSVM has been my main focus of my internship, I’ve come across a few questions if anyone could kindly so answer.

I was able to compile the program and run the DHSVM on the former Springbrook Creek dataset. I was wondering if there is any way to validate my output to check if the program ran the inputs correctly.

Lastly, all the scripts written for the program seems to have used a CSH/SCSH shell rather than Bash. I currently am using Ubuntu as my environment and normally run bash, and am wondering if that would cause any issues?
