What insurance? Is it a requirement for the pool? If not then forget about it and just play. Have everyone sign a waiver or something.

I found out yesterday that the insurance I wanted to
get fell through. Was going to write an email later
this evening when I had a bit more time, but you are
right...the January date is not going to happen...we
might be able to go for a later date, but that is not
certain.
Anyhow, I tried to put this thing together by myself
and failed miserably. I would really appreciate some
help to try for a tourney for a later date...if I
cannot get a few volunteers, I will probably bag the
entire thing.
