[ukc-polo] Wednesday Polo

I want to try to get a Tuesday polo game up and running again at the UW.  I
have solved the key access problem (finally got a key of my own), so we
shouldn't have problems on that front.

Given that we were having trouble getting together enough people for games,
I was thinking that I wouldn't try to start the game up again until the
weather is more pleasant.  I would like to try recruiting more people from
the club, and I think new people (and some of our old, less regular crowd)
will be more likely to show up when it isn't freezing and dark.
