  Happy New Year to everyone,

  Most of you are receiving this email because you were listed as the
contact person on the US Kayak Polo website.

  Plans are underway for this years Nationals at UNH.  As we move forward in
our preparations, we are working on securing apartment accommodations for
the various teams.  For those that were at the 2002 Nationals, we are
planning on similar arrangements with apartment accommodations and
accompanying breakfast.  For those that did not make it in 2002, the
apartments are on campus, walking distance to the venue and downtown.

  In order to obtain the lowest possible rate and ensure the availability,
we are required to provide an estimate of apartments needed.  As such, we
are looking for feedback from the various team managers on you Clubs
intentions for this years Nationals.

  Please email me if you are anticipating coming and whether you would like
an apartment for your team (also how many apartments).  We do not have a
price estimate yet and you will not be held to your response.  However, if
you do not respond, we will not be able to guarantee an apartment on site.
We anticipate that this will again be the most cost effective means of
accommodations.

  Responses must be received by February 18th.
