Hello,

I hope your autumn quarter is off to a successful start. I am reaching out in hopes that you can help the ASUW reach wider audiences as we recruit volunteers, interns, and staff to our association. The ASUW is trying to expand outreach for these opportunities and increase awareness about how our student government impacts student in internships ranging from student advocates to radio DJs. I have included a blurb below about the Judicial Committee because I believe it is in similar interest area to the major that you advise, but I would appreciate dissemination of our volunteer website as a whole in any department-wide emails, newsletters, or social media that you use to reach students. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns, and thank you so much in advance!

Join the ASUW Judicial Committee Today!
The ASUW Judicial Committee is the neutral group tasked with holding the Associated Students of the University of Washington accountable to the goals and guidelines set by the State, University, and Association governing documents. This committee is a great way for students interested in law or policy to get involved with the ASUW in a capacity that will give them relevant policy and interpretation experience. The Judicial Committee is also just a great place to learn more about the ASUW and to get involved in a great community on campus. If you are interested in applying to this committee, please visit volunteer.asuw.org and click on "Judicial Committee Application." If there are any questions about this opportunity, please contact ASUW Director of Internal Policy, Brent Seto, for more information at asuwbdop at uw.edu

Best,

Avery Perreault [she/her]
