[Histmaj] SPR 2023 - some grades delayed

Hello Historians,

Just a quick note that UW's IT system crashed yesterday afternoon shortly before grades were due. What might this mean for you? You may have an X grade on your transcript from a SPR 2023 course. X as a grade literally means that
no grade was given for you in the course. This is most likely a sign that your instructor was having difficulties submitting grades. Hopefully most instructors will get those grades in today or tomorrow. When they send in the grades now though, it will take about 4 business days for the grade to appear on your transcript. Thus, please check your transcripts for updates in the next 5 or so business days. If you are graduating this SPR 2023, you will still have time. This will not put your graduation in jeopardy. Please do let us know though if you are still missing a grade by next week Thursday, 6/22. Then we should start looking into that missing grade and see if an instructor has entered a grade for you or your class.
